One of my favourite sporting memories was in 2008 at the Beijing Olympic Games when Usain Bolt shocked the world with his incredible performance in the 100m dash beating the world record and getting the gold for his country Harrison Bell, Bedminster Down School
In the 2008 Olympics Usain Bolt won the 100 metres Gold Medal in a World Record Time of 9.69 seconds, and defended his title four years later, setting an Olympic Record of 9.63 seconds
